To become an Arts student in Pakistan (or anywhere), you simply need to choose the Arts or Humanities stream after completing your matriculation (10th class).
Complete your Matriculation, usually with subjects like:
English, Urdu, Math, Islamiat, Pak Studies, etc.
After matric, you choose your stream for intermediate (FA, FSC, ICom, etc.)
After Matric, take admission in FA (Faculty of Arts).
FA is a 2-year program (11th and 12th class).
