To become a doctor in Pakistan, you must follow a structured path that includes science education, passing an entry test, completing a medical degree, and gaining clinical experience.

βœ… Step 1: Pass Matric with Science

  • Choose Biology as a subject.
  • Get excellent grades, especially in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

βœ… Step 2: Complete FSc (Pre-Medical)

  • Enroll in FSc Pre-Medical after matric.
  • Study:
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
    • English
  • Aim for 80% or higher marks, as competition is very high for medical colleges.

βœ… Step 3: Appear in MDCAT

  • MDCAT = Medical and Dental College Admission Test
  • Conducted by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC)
  • Subjects:
    • Biology (most weightage)
    • Chemistry

  • High score in MDCAT is necessary to get admission into a medical college.
